Terms of Service

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal Period – The period during which the customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase.

Consumer – A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the merchant.

Business Day – A calendar day excluding weekends and federal holidays in the United States.

Distance Contract – A contract concluded between Clara & Hayes Savannah and the customer within the framework of an organized online sales system where communication and agreement occur exclusively through digital means.

Durable Medium – Any tool that allows the customer or merchant to store information in a way that permits future access and unchanged reproduction.

Right of Withdrawal – The consumer’s legal right to cancel the purchase within the designated withdrawal period.

Merchant – Clara & Hayes Savannah, offering fashion products online to consumers within the United States.

Terms – These Terms of Service governing all transactions between Clara & Hayes Savannah and the customer.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by Clara & Hayes Savannah and to every online purchase agreement concluded between Clara & Hayes Savannah and the customer.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.


Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has limited availability or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur depending on screen settings.

Obvious typographical errors or pricing mistakes are not binding.

Each offer includes clear information regarding pricing, shipping, payment methods, return rights, and warranties.


Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is concluded when the customer completes checkout and payment is successfully confirmed.

Clara & Hayes Savannah will confirm receipt of the order electronically.

We use secure encryption and payment processing technology to protect personal and financial information.

Clara & Hayes Savannah reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, pricing errors, or verification issues arise.

Once shipped, customers receive confirmation and tracking information via email.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

During this period, items must be handled with care and may only be tried on as reasonably necessary to assess fit and suitability.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us via email at:

within the 30-day period and return the item within 30 days after notification.


Article 7 – Return Costs and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.


Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Final sale or non-returnable products

  • Gift cards or digital products


Article 9 – Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be updated without prior notice.

Shipping within the United States is included where stated.

Sales tax may apply depending on state regulations and will be calculated at checkout.

Clara & Hayes Savannah is not responsible for typographical pricing errors.


Article 10 – Product Quality and Warranty

Clara & Hayes Savannah ensures that products meet reasonable quality expectations and match product descriptions.

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must contact:

within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue.

Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.


Article 11 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time within the United States: 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

In case of delays or stock shortages, customers will be notified.

If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or a full refund.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.


Article 12 – Duration and Termination

Contracts for single-product purchases terminate once both parties fulfill their obligations.

If subscriptions, preorders, or recurring services are offered, cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


Article 13 – Payment

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the available payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of delivery.

We will respond within 14 business days. If additional time is required, customers will be informed accordingly.

If a complaint is valid, Clara & Hayes Savannah may replace, repair, or refund the item at no additional cost.


Article 15 – Governing Law

All agreements and transactions between Clara & Hayes Savannah and its customers are governed by the laws of the United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
